Terms & Conditions
- “Customer” or “Customers” or “you” or “your” shall mean all persons who places an order to purchase the products on this website under own login.
- “HelloXpresss” or “HelloXpresss.com” or “we” or “us” or “our” shall mean Hello Portal Online Sdn Bhd who is the seller of the products by this website.
- “HelloXpresss” shall mean the medium by which products are offered for sale by Portal Online Sdn Bhd to the customer through this Internet website owned by Portal Online Sdn Bhd.
- “Login” shall mean a customer’s access name to Hello Xpresss under that customer’s registration.
- “Order” or “Orders” shall mean the order(s) submitted by you to purchase the product from HelloXpresss Online under your Login.
- “Product” or “Products” shall mean any and all the products offered for sale by HelloXpresss.
- “Terms and Conditions” shall mean the terms and conditions contained herein including any modifications and amendments or additions thereto from time to time.
The following expressions shall have the following meanings:
- Unless otherwise stated, all prices quoted are in Malaysia Ringgit. Where applicable, you shall be charged according to the prices stated in this site and such other miscellaneous charges such as delivery charges, administrative charges and service charges, inclusive of goods and service tax (GST).
- HelloXpresss shall make every effort to ensure that the prices, details and sizes of products detailed by the HelloXpresss.com are correct at the time when the information was inputted onto the system but HelloXpresss reserves the right to vary the price and other details, descriptions or specifications of the products without notice.
- The prices advertised by the HelloXpresss.com are for home delivery shopping only. Prices for some products may differ from those charged at any retail store. The price of certain products is subject to change without prior notice based on market price fluctuation and promotions.
- Not all products sizes will correspond exactly to the description offered by HelloXpresss.com. HelloXpresss reserves the right to provide the nearest size of product at the nearest price subject to the availability of products.
- In the event of different special offers or promotions being made available to the Customer simultaneously for the same product, the customer may select one such offer or promotion per product but shall not be entitled to a combination of all such offers or promotions per product.
- HelloXpresss may from time to time set credit limits for individual customers and HelloXpresss reserves the right to limit sales and quantities of products including the right to prohibit sales to re-sellers and to revise, suspend or discontinue a product, sale or promotion at any time without prior notice to the customers.
- HelloXpresss reserve the right to hold or void the order in the case the price altered due to manipulation of third party (example: hacked and changed by anonymous hacker), in which HelloXpresss will contact each affected customer for explanation.
- Payment for products ordered through HelloXpresss.com can be made by a valid VISA or MasterCard credit card, debit card or FPX E-banking. HelloXpresss shall not be liable for any credit card fraud.
- All payment in respect of an order must be cleared before delivery of the products. If the payment cannot be processed, the said order will be rejected and the customer is advised to contact its card issuer to resolve any problem concerning the use of its credit card in order to continue with the order.
- HelloXpresss may change at any time the payment option for HelloXpresss.com, therefore orders may be affected and such changes may be notified to the customer by e-mail or placing a notice to HelloXpresss.com webpage.
- If payment to an order has already been made (only applicable to credit card payment method) but the order is rejected by HelloXpresss or cancelled by the customer before HelloXpresss ship out the order, you will be entitled for your refund but the receipt of the refund will depend on the period of time your financial institution takes to finalise the refund. HelloXpresss shall not be liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost or expense that you or any person may incur as a result of any delay in your financial institution processing the said refund.
- Order Cancellation
- You may cancel the confirmed order up to the point in time before HelloXpresss.com has ship out the goods. However, order cancellation is only applicable for credit card purchase and transaction fees charged by the credit card company is not refundable.
- ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED OR AFTER 24HOURS (COUNT FROM TRANSACTION TIME), YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER. WE WILL NOT REFUND YOUR PAYMENT EVEN IF YOU RETURN THE PRODUCTS TO US.
- HelloXpresss shall use reasonable endeavors to deliver Products of acceptable quality to the delivery address specified and keyed in by you but HelloXpresss cannot guarantee any firm delivery time and HelloXpresss shall not be liable for any delay in its delivery services, if the delay has been due to causes beyond the control of HelloXpresss.
- Your order is protected with secured handling process by our selected courier service partner. However if there is any lost in delivery, replacement will be only make upon completion of all investigations (within 5 working days) in which HelloXpresss management’s decision is the final.
- Your order will be delivered to you via our selected courier service partner. At this moment, our delivery service is only covered Malaysia only. For order placed before 10am morning, please allow three (3) working days for Peninsular Malaysia and five (5) working days for East Malaysia including Labuan for delivery from ship-out date of HelloXpresss. Please note that we will not accept delivery to a P.O. Box address and it might not be possible for delivery to some locations within the aforesaid areas in certain circumstances. We may contact you to arrange for delivery to an alternative address if the given address is out of coverage.
- Delivery Charges will be calculated based on the weight of the order received :

For Order 1kg or less per delivery per location
RM 8.00 For Order more than 1kg per delivery per location RM 8.00 for the first kg and RM1.00 for every additional 500 grams or any part thereof
- No delivery services shall be available on Sunday & public holidays.
- You need to notify HelloXpresss immediately of a change to delivery address and contact number before HelloXpresss ship out the order. We unable to accept for changes on the delivery address and contact number after the order has been passed to courier service.
- If you are not around to receive the delivery, a notification card will be left at the delivery address. Second attempt will be made and the courier service agent may also give you a call. In the case you still not reachable at second attempt, HelloXpresss will contact you for new arrangement. If delivery is delayed due to your undue delay or unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if you fail or refuse to collect the order within seven (7) days from the date of second notification, the order will be deemed void and has no further effect but you shall bear all the relevant cost incurred by HelloXpresss (including but not limited to the delivery cost and administrative charges).
- If you are not personally available to accept delivery, a representative may accept delivery on behalf of you provided always that the said representative must be over 18 years of age and capable of receiving the delivery. You or your representative may be required to produce proof of identity on delivery or collection of Products and all deliveries shall be signed off by you or your representative on the delivery invoices.
- HelloXpresss reserves the right to withhold delivery of the order to you if there is any doubts whatsoever as to your credit worthiness or insufficient identification.
- Warranty Term
- All products sold by HelloXpresss are genuine with full manufacturer warranty in accordance with any terms and conditions that assigned to the products.
- Under warranty duration, customer can contact and send the product to its Service Centre following the location or information stated in your Warranty Card. However you also can refer to the relevant latest information in the link that we provided at below.
- You also can send the product directly to HelloXpresss and we will help you transfer to relevant service center. However, we suggest you send the product directly to nearest service center for faster process and follow up.
- Please contact our customer service team for necessary information before you send over the product.
- Return Policy
Our return policy allows for item(s) return and your choice of replacement item(s) at same value or top-up (for higher value) item under conditions listed at below:

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the general term and condition for returns are as follows:
- Before any return action, you must report the case to our customer service team via call (+603-21459086) OR email (support@HelloXpresss.com) within 24hours after the item is received.
- Returned item together with proof of purchase (order number and official receipt) must be shipped back to us within ten (10) calendar days after you reported to our customer service team.
- The product must not fall into the non-returnable product list.
- The goods must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it.
- The product must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted
- All sealed items must not be opened. In case you have opened the seal, please refer for assistance to the relevant service center indicated in the respective brand’s website.
- If any product which was not included in your order is delivered to you, HelloXpresss shall collect the product from you.

- HelloXpresss adopts appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of User’s personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored through the Service.
- Variation of Terms & Conditions
- HelloXpresss reserve the right to amend the Terms & Condition in its sole discretion without notify customer on such changes. It is customer’s responsibility to check, read and understand the Terms & Conditions before submit any order.
- The HelloXpresss.com webpage may contain links to other sites or pages which is out of HelloXpresss control and for which HelloXpresss is not responsible. Customers are at own potential risk when they activate the link and leave this site which HelloXpresss disclaim all responsibility and liability.
- HelloXpresss disclaim all liability to content or materials that posted by advertiser or sponsors on this site.
