Shipment & Delivery Policy
- HelloXpresss shall use reasonable endeavors to deliver Products of acceptable quality to the delivery address specified and keyed in by you but HelloXpresss cannot guarantee any firm delivery time and HelloXpresss shall not be liable for any delay in its delivery services, if the delay has been due to causes beyond the control of HelloXpresss.
- Your order is protected with secured handling process by our selected courier service partner. However if there is any lost in delivery, replacement will be only make upon completion of all investigations (within 5 working days) in which HelloXpresss management’s decision is the final.
- Your order will be delivered to you via our selected courier service partner. At this moment, our delivery service is only covered Malaysia only. For order placed before 10am morning, please allow three (3) working days for Peninsular Malaysia and five (5) working days for East Malaysia including Labuan for delivery from ship-out date of HelloXpresss. Please note that we will not accept delivery to a P.O. Box address and it might not be possible for delivery to some locations within the aforesaid areas in certain circumstances. We may contact you to arrange for delivery to an alternative address if the given address is out of coverage.

- No delivery services shall be available on Sunday & public holidays.
- You need to notify HelloXpresss immediately of a change to delivery address and contact number before HelloXpresss ship out the order. We unable to accept for changes on the delivery address and contact number after the order has been passed to courier service.
- If you are not around to receive the delivery, a notification card will be left at the delivery address. Second attempt will be made and the courier service agent may also give you a call. In the case you still not reachable at second attempt, HelloXpresss will contact you for new arrangement. If delivery is delayed due to your undue delay or unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if you fail or refuse to collect the order within seven (7) days from the date of second notification, the order will be deemed void and has no further effect but you shall bear all the relevant cost incurred by HelloXpresss (including but not limited to the delivery cost and administrative charges). ***
- If you are not personally available to accept delivery, a representative may accept delivery on behalf of you provided always that the said representative must be over 18 years of age and capable of receiving the delivery. You or your representative may be required to produce proof of identity on delivery or collection of Products and all deliveries shall be signed off by you or your representative on the delivery invoices.
- HelloXpresss reserves the right to withhold delivery of the order to you if there is any doubts whatsoever as to your credit worthiness or insufficient identification.
