- Return Policy
Our return policy allows for item(s) return and your choice of replacement item(s) at same value or top-up (for higher value) item under conditions listed at below:
|Damaged||The product damaged during delivery / upon receiving|
|Incorrect / wrong item||Not the product that you ordered|
|Defective||The product does not function as per manufacturer’s user guide|
|Missing item||Missing parts or accessories as indicated in packaging|
|Website error||The product does not match website specifications, description, or image (this issue is attributable to a website error/misinformation)|
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the general term and condition for returns are as follows:
- Before any return action, you must report the case to our customer service team via call (+603-2145 9086) OR email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 2 days after the item is received.
- Returned item together with proof of purchase (order number and official receipt) must be shipped back to us within ten (10) calendar days after you reported to our customer service team.
- The product must not fall into the non-returnable product list.
- The goods must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it.
- The product must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted
- All sealed items must not be opened. In case you have opened the seal, please refer for assistance to the relevant service center indicated in the respective brand’s website.
- If any product which was not included in your order is delivered to you, HelloXpresss shall collect the product from you.
